This morning, we woke up at 6 and ate breakfast at 630. Heck, yeah! Afterward, we took a boat and a bus to reach our destination in the Loma del Tigre community. We met the local children which was awesome and fun because we had the opportunity to play with them. Then we worked by readying a greenhouse for planting and digging a ditch for irrigation. After lunch, we played an energetic game of soccer with the local teenagers, and we all got muddy! Afterward, we continued our work until 4:00. Then we took the bus and boat back to our eco-lodge and had free time before dinner, where some people played soccer, others took showers, and some played with parrots. A cold shower was necessary after a long day of work. We gathered together around 7:00 for a delicious dinner followed by the opening ceremonies of the 2012 Lifeworks Olympic Games. Such a full day!!
