After a late start, we took refuge from the monsoon rains in Gandhi’s house today transformed into a museum. After a delicious lunch in a beautiful building in the city center, we went for a stroll inside the Jama Masjid mosque. Despite our robes to respect Muslim tradition, we made the day of a few men. Last but certainly not least, we visited the magnificent Akshardham complex where we learned all about the non-violence policy of Hinduism and many more through an interactive visit. The building itself was a mine of stunning, delicate, intricate enstoned religious figurines.
