Location: The Bight, Norman Island
After our first night on the boat, we all woke up groggy-eyed and tired. After our quick breakfast, we got to go into town to do some shopping for the trip. A few short hours later and we were finally ready to set sail. We learned some of the fundamentals of sailing while taking in the beautiful scenery. Once we reached Norman Island, we enjoyed sandwiches for lunch. After it had cooled down some, we went snorkeling in some local caves. We all saw the beautiful sea life through the crystal clear water, and some even saw a sea turtle. As the day winded down, we took showers and then ate Sloppy Joe’s. Everyone is now almost ready for bed but excited for the next day.
