Today we had an early start; we woke up at 6 to get packing and ready to move hotels. We drove to a river rafting office, with whom we were going to spend most of the day. On the way, our tour guide showed us many wonders of the surrounding ecosystem. Luckily, he showed us things like teak oil which when crushed turns a leaf from green to red. In addition to that, he showed us a breath-taking, astonishing banana spider, it’s web is so strong that it can be used as fishing line, and sometimes even bulletproof vests. After the 1.5-hour trip to the start of the river, we decided to get on that stream and have fun. After a ride downstream, we got off the raft and got splashoodled by several wet water falling molecules in the form of a waterfall. The guides capsized our boat and proceeded to chop pineapples and put cookies on it as a snack. When we got to the end of the river, we ate a scrumptious lunch of rice/beans (how were we not surprised). We then took the bus to two bungalows; probably the best place we have stayed so far. They have Wi-Fi, TV, hot water, AC and even a pool equipped with a water slide. Then we cooked dinner. We burned the popcorn afterward, but we managed to eat the good pieces. Btw, a shout-out to big poppa, the Pope, rip Mohammed Ali, Gandhi and Moses; wish they were all alive to see this…
