I never thought I’d cherish hot water this much. It all started with a simple spark and two hopeful souls. The water heater was fixed. After we enjoyed our great warm showers, we venture up to Common Ground to enjoy a terrific breakfast and talk over our day’s lessons plans. Hopeful about the day ahead, we headed off with our learning partner. We drank tea, practiced sentence structure, and chatted about Buddhist philosophy. After tea, we ate lunch and Uttam, and I walked to Men Tse Khang to teach our class. Class went well, and we feel like every day our lesson improves in our goal to teach them new words and conversational English. Following class, we attended yoga and relaxed after a long day. Not much today happened, and I’m very sorry I can’t write a super long, interesting blog post, but it’s 10:30 and I’m exhausted. Our normal day consumes a lot of energy. So goodnight from India, hope its as nice where you are as it is here.
