Location: San Jose
After waking up and getting a later start on breakfast at 9 am, we had some reflection time to think about the trip as a whole and what we can do to help the world moving forward in our lives. We left the hotel at 11:30 am and headed towards San Jose with a stop for a delicious lunch and souvenir shopping! Then we continued our journey towards the airport where we are staying in the Bn’B for the night before travel day. We had a nice final talk with Gail (the head of the humanitarian organization we have been helping while we are here) where we reflected about the trip as a whole and talked about what we have learned that we can bring home with us to our community’s. We are all excited to go home and see friends and family, but we are also going to miss each other!
