Location: Ollantaytambo
The day started out like any other day, we all slowly got out of bed, wishing we got more sleep. We arrived at the restaurant all looking like teenage zombies, some more than others. All of us slowly but surely inhaled our food and coffee and went back to the rooms to grab our bags and load the bus to travel from the great city of Cuzco to Ollantaytambo; but first a few stops. The first stop was a llama farm; I think I speak for everyone when I say we all wanted to steal the baby llamas. After leaving the llama farm, we continued on the great adventure. The next stop was Inca ruins where we all posed and took photos posing in front of a cemetery without realizing there Incas buried all around us. Continuing past the ruins, we hurried back to the buss and trailed to our major adventure of the day mountain biking! We biked for 28 kilometers all battling to be in the front. When we arrived half a kilometer away from our destination, we decided to go for an all-out race. Ruben the tour guide got. First, Johnny got second, and Jacob got third; it was exhilarating. To end off the night we went to a great Mexican restaurant and listened to live music all night long.
