Location: Whitsunday Islands

The title does not lie. That is what I will say. It does not lie. After a night of a meaningful conversation, we awoke to the busy ruckus of the morning rush for breakfast. I was tired, but deep down, I was excited for today. We were going to the beach with the whitest sand in the world! We went on the dinghy with Sarah to the beach where we stepped off to a large concession of tourists. We had a short hike towards the beach and Woah… The captain was not lying when he said that the sand was white as snow. The mix of the blue sea, sky, and the white sand were magnificent. We took some nice pictures and explored the picturesque sea. I was also a sand mermaid for about 15 minutes. We visited a cove where, for around 15 minutes, we were able to tan freely away from the wind. After that, we went on a small hike that looked over the turquoise bay. After that small adventure, we went back to the boat to chill out for the rest of the day. Overall, the white sand and lush cyan seas are something that will definitely stay with us for a lifetime; and I will never forget Whitehaven beach for years to come.
