Why we ask these questions.

This form is sent to all third-party organizations that will potentially provide services to Global Expeditions Group (ActionQuest, Sea|mester or GoBeyond). The intended purpose is to pose questions and begin a dialogue that helps identify areas of risk and manage them in the future. The form may seem daunting but don't panic. We realize that not all of the questions will be applicable to every organization and that some questions might require more information.
