We started out our day by going to THE Apartment, a wonderful building that smelled only slightly like clay. It’s okay, though, because not even the smell of clay could deter our excited chatter as we talked about the day to come. After a jazzy little walk to the orphanage, each carrying our respective baby slobbered clothes (it was so, so worth it) in laundry bags, we met at the conference room and dispersed. Playing with babies was the definite highlight of the day. Then, we ate some tacos. They were good. Maybe just as good as the fruit and milk popsicles the folks at Little Flower kindly made us. We also had a forum about communication. It wasn’t about texting, but more. Overall, it was a great day. Now I’m tired…too much smiling. Goodnight.
