Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

We began the day waking up to a sunrise which was viewed from our hammocks. For breakfast, we had French toast and then proceeded to learn about all of the details that incapsulate the seven types of plastic. Such as high-density ethylene. Next, we got in the dingy and swam to land. We took a lovely hike across the island towards the other side of the beach. We spent time picking up trash and learning about how different sides of an island are more impacted by pollution. After a fantastic lunch made underway towards Savannah Bay, we explored the Baths. A beautiful nature experience with a deep history. We danced during shower time and had dinner with leader Mike. He led a discussion where we chose postcards to describe the greatest parts of us and the parts we want to work on. We finished our night with a squeeze, an introspective discussion, as the sunset on the British Virgin Islands and went to bed full and happy.
