Location: Anegada
This morning in Anegada we woke up to the smell of delicious buttermilk pancakes being made in the kitchen! After eating every last pancake, we piled in the dingy and headed to the Anegada Rock Iguana Head-start Facility. Once there we spent the next few hours cleaning up the brush in the iguana’s cages, giving them water, and feeding them iguana salad. We then proceeded to split into three separate groups and went on a garbage scavenger hunt on the beautiful beaches of Anegada. We met up afterward and compared all the garbage we found, then headed back to the boat for the night. We showered, fixed and ate dinner, then finished the day off with warm chocolate chip cookies. It was a day to remember.
