Today was an amazing day. I woke up at 7 am, and my friends and I went to eat later on. As usual, we had a really good breakfast in which we ate eggs, and hot cakes, tea and more. After that, at 9:30, our partners came to the restaurant, and we split up. My partner and I decided to go to the waterfalls. It took us a long time to get to the top, but when we did the view was amazing. Before regrouping with the others, my partner and I stopped at a cafe. There I had some Tibetan green tea that was to die for. I also worked with my partner on some basic grammar as well as teaching him some modern slang. At twelve, we said our goodbyes to our partners and enjoyed a warm lunch. Isabelle, Zak and I then headed to the Rogpa center, a center that provides free childcare service for children of Tibetan refugees. As usual, this was fun but also very tiring. After a long day of volunteering, we went to a facility and meditated for a whole hour. The meditation was very calming and relaxed my mind. For dinner, we ate at a Korean restaurant with delicious food like sushi and potatoes. After that, we did a fun dance-off in the temple. Today was really fun and exhausting.
