Location: San Cristobal, Galapagos
Today we explored the Galapagos like we never imagined. Swimming with sea lions, huge turtles, and even sharks. We jumped in with our stylish wetsuits, our huge goggles, and snorkels. No one complained about the chilly waters because everyone was busy enjoying the beautiful island. Everyone was in complete awe when the animals brushed up against us in the water and even tried to steal our cameras. We all snapped away and got some amazing pictures. At Kicker Rock, we had the opportunity to see all different types of sharks up close. It was a highlight of everyone’s day. Towards the end of the afternoon, we got to explore the beach, take pictures of sea lions walking around on shore and splashing around in crystal clear yet frigid waters. Overall we had a very adventurous and exhilarating day. We all got to experience things we never even dreamed of.
