While we understand families are eager for news, we ask for patience as our staff’s energy is focused on the students and the program at hand. June 25th: Fly day June 26th: Lifeworks orientation; Great Wall visit June 27th to 30th: Beijing service days; Afternoon/evening activities include Chinese painting and Beijing Art District tour July 1st: Beijing service day; Overnight train to Xian July 2nd to 3rd: Xian sightseeing including Terracotta Warriors; Return to Beijing July 4th to 7th: Beijing service days; Afternoon/evening activities include martial arts demonstration, Summer Palace tour, calligraphy classes, and karaoke! July 8th: Travel to Taiyuan; Orphanage visit July 9th: Visit Buddhist Caves and Hanging Monastery July 10th: Dong Er Gou visit; Return to Beijing July 11th to 14th: Beijing service days; Afternoon/evening activities include a tea ceremony and the Forbidden City/Tiananmen Square July 15th: Lifeworks closing activities; Student fly day
