Location: West End, Tortola
Today was wonderful! We were able to sleep until eight o’clock this morning. When we did drag ourselves out of bed, we motored back to the beautiful Sandy Cay where we spent the majority of our morning. First, we talked about the eradication of invasive species on the BVI. Then, after a short hike, we swam in the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. In the afternoon we had a major boat appreciation where we scrubbed down the whole boat. It may have been a chore, but it was worth it! To reward ourselves, we jumped into the ocean for a pleasurable snorkel. Once we were done with that, we motored to West End, Tortola to enjoy a delicious meal of franks and beans. One can only hope that tomorrow will be as good as today.
