Welcome to the GoBeyond Peru, Session 2 trip logs! Below is a little bit about the staff that will be leading this summer. Enjoy!

DEVIN WILSON – Devin is a passionate photographer, environmentalist, surfer, and friend. He has traveled the world studying, surfing, working and doing community service. He always leaves each location with an understanding of a new culture and many new friends. From experiences at remote surf spots deep in Mexico, to entering disaster zones in the wake of Katrina, to exploring the beauty and power of Australia, to organizing charity races, to nights spent alone under the stars and the canopy of the jungle – Devin feels very lucky to have shared his experiences with the people he has met.

SKYLAR STETTEN – Skylar found her passion for travel and photography while doing photographic research in developing nations for a global non-profit. Skylar is inspired by the people she meets whose perspective gives them both balance and courage in the face of adversity. Skylar was raised in Wilmington, NC and graduated from the College of Charleston. As a marathon runner and teacher of yoga and meditation, Skylar is an advocate for global health and wellness. She believes life is more meaningful when it’s in the service of others and is thrilled to be working with a purpose-driven organization that combines service with education and adventure.

NATALIE FLORES – Natalie is a graduate student at Columbia University where she studies the intersections of education, imagination and social justice. Although Natalie currently lives in New York City, she was born and raised in Southern California, where she developed her passions for hiking, camping, surfing, yoga, and travel. A longtime advocate for public service and restorative environmental learning, Natalie thoroughly enjoys working with children and adolescents in order to practice environmental sustainability, and cultural appreciation through experiences with diverse populations. When she’s not teaching or studying, Natalie enjoys exploring the city with her rescue dog, Rosie.
