Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today we woke up nice and early so that we could get laundry done in time. If waking up early didn’t make everyone upset the rain did, but luckily we saw a double rainbow! After that, we all chilled or napped for an hour so that we could get back to Virgin Gorda to continue helping Julie. What was supposed to be a shorter day of work turned into a long day, and we ended up spending about 6.5 hours working. Though it was hard and tiring it was very rewarding seeing all of our hard work at the end of the day. When we finally got back to the boat we all took a nice shower. (I know I sure needed it.) For dinner, we had Ceasar salad, which coincidently a lot of us had been talking about wanting earlier this morning. Afterward, we all had chocolate cake for Iz’s birthday! Though today was tiring I think we all had a lot of fun, and even though some of us were feeling a bit down after our phone calls last night we all cheered up as the day went on. We are now heading to bed and I am really excited for a good night’s sleep. Sending love to my whole family (especially Ziggy!)
