Location: The Bight, Norman Island
Today we ate some delicious eggs made by Julie. After that, we had the pleasure of going to Conrad’s, a man that owned almost all of Peter Island. Conrad past away about four years ago, but his nephew kept up the 250-year-old house. We helped make the area look nicer and cleaner by rearranging rocks, weeding, etc. After working with Conrad’s nephew, we walked a little way to one of the nicest resorts in the Caribbean. We sat and talked on the resort beach about the comparison between Conrad’s house and the resort. We talked about the essentials and appreciating what you have. Then we came back to the boat for snorkeling and swimming. As we were eating lunch, an ice cream boat came by, and we all got ice cream. Then we set sail for the first place we went to on our trip: Norman Island. T’was a solid day.
