Location: Manuel Antonio

Luckily we were able to sleep in an extra hour this morning, then was treated to a great buffet breakfast. After a short drive, we found ourselves at parque nacional manuel antonio where we were escorted by our tour guide Luis who has eyes of a hawk. He was able to point out numerous animals, insects, unique plants and give us great info on them all. He showed us sloths, bats, land crabs, monkeys and many other animals we were all unfamiliar with via his telescope. Our tour was ended at the world-famous Manuel Antonio Beach. We spent the majority of the day laying on the sand and taking in the scenic views. We were stunned by how warm the water was! While enjoying the beach we had many close neighbors like monkeys and iguanas hanging out nearby. We then ended our day with some delicious dinner which included many plates of pasta.
