Location: Ollantaytambo
We all woke up, excited, and impatient for the day that awaits. We were off to go white water rafting! As we arrived, we put on our wet suit, windbreaker, life jacket, and helmet and hopped on the boat. There were two different groups: girls and boys. We rafted for about three hours while picking up the trash we saw on the shore.
We must have packed 40 bags! We then got changed and had lunch at a restaurant we’d only driven to previously, before going back on the bus and starting our journey back to Cusco city. After what seemed like hours on the road, we relaxed at the hotel for a bit. Then we left to go shopping and went out for a delicious dinner in the plaza!
