Location: Cuzco
Today, we woke up after a good night’s sleep (finally). We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel and then proceeded to watch the world cup final between France and Croatia. There were mixed emotions about the game which brought us closer together. After a lunch of pizza, we excitedly drove to the horse farm where, with much anticipation, we mounted our horses and rode on a trail with a breathtaking view of Cuzco and the mountains surrounding the city (I think our favorite part though was the adorable puppies we got to play with on the farm). We proceeded to go shopping in the Cuzco plaza where we got many Peruvian souvenirs. We then went for a yummy dinner and headed back to the hotel where we relaxed and bonded some more.
