Location: MySmallHelp Peru, Ollantaytambo
For our last day of service, we went to a small school. We helped build a fence for the little gardens with painted plastic bottles. The first part of the day, we spent painting the bottles in various colors and then went to lunch. Afterward, we used wire to string up the dry bottles as a fence. We also played a game of futbol with the children of the school afterward using the volleyball net and stakes as goals. After dinner, we returned to the hotel and watched Insidious 3. It was terrifying, and I’m sure we won’t be able to sleep tonight. Time for bed so we can get ready for a train ride to Machu Picchu tomorrow!
