Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
At 7:15 everyone was awake and beginning to get ready. Luckily one of the first things we did today got new bed sheets and pillowcases. This was a great start to a fantastic day. When the three staff left at 8 o’clock for a staff meeting, we were on our own to eat breakfast and clean up so that we could be prepared to leave and begin the fun day. After about a 30 minute motor to Muskmelon Bay, we anchored and were given the entire day to do many activities or relax if we wanted. We were allowed to jump off the bow and go swimming/snorkeling whenever we pleased. Also, trips were made out into the center of the bay to go wakeboarding and water skiing. A Pico was also picked up for some solo sailing around the bay. This lackadaisical schedule meant that lunch and dinner were whenever we chose. Lunch was grilled cheese which was a flawless meal. On top of a perfect day, everyone is exhausted and ready for a good night sleep.
