Location: Cuzco, Peru
Since the students worked so hard at Casa Mantay and Santa Teresa’s, Meca, Mariana, and I decided to throw a surprise party for everyone. We told them that we had a very important meeting on the terrace, and they came up to a room filled with balloons and pizza! We even surprised them with a Salsa lesson led by a local dance teacher that Meca knew. It was a great way to spend our last night in Cusco! Keep reading the blog for more Peru volunteer trip stories!
