Location: Sommer's Beach, Tortola
Hi, I’m Nate
I’m the skipper for today, and today Mariana woke me up, and because mostly everybody was awake, I got to wake up Sadie and Emma. We started with Oatmeal and cereal, with the chefs being Mariana and Mel. We went to the College after breakfast, where I worked with Sophia, Rory, and Nicole at the fire simulation, painting a metal desk. Later, we were sent to the wet nursery to either pick weeds by the wall or work at the trough, where I saw Emma, Olivia, Stella, Natalia, Mel, and Sophia scraping off barnacles. I went to pick weeds with Luke, Nicole, and Mariana. Then, they carried fire extinguishers to the top of the hill. We had broccoli cheddar soup for lunch, and Mariana added vegetables and seasoning to spice it up. We went in the water for a bit and saw a swarm of moon jellies, so we all quickly got out. While showering, we saw Mike on his boat, and he gave us an anchor and a few other stuff. Before the barbecue, we all got to take a bunch of pictures, mostly with Emma taking all of them. At the barbecue, we were all served hot dogs or hamburgers and potato salad and pasta. Because there wasn’t a DJ or a dance floor, most of the boys(not me) started a football game, and we watched them play.
