Today was the day that we finally found a way to help the situation in Tibet as students living in America. After our usual learning partner activities and playing Bananagrams at Men Tsee Khang to teach spelling, we headed over to Students for a Free Tibet. After a brief introduction to what the organization does, we were given a more in-depth view into the sort of rallies and events they organize. We were informed on how we can help by starting a chapter or joining one! Afterward, we ate at a Japanese restaurant then we went back to the hotel for the forum and a dramatic reading of my Immortal.
