Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
This morning we cleaned cat cages used to capture the invasive cats and also helped work on a school. After all, of that, we had the privilege of going to Necker Island, which is a privately owned island that is a common vacation spot for celebrities. While there, we got to see and pet a variety of lemurs, meet Galapagos tortoises, and swam in one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. Also, my shipmate, George, got to meet his idol, Richard Branson, who owns the island. We even got a group picture with him! After leaving Necker Island, we headed to Vixen point to have a massive BBQ with all of Action Quest and Lifeworks. In total, today was a once in a lifetime experience.
