The crew awoke at the right time of seven in the morning. The bone-chilling breeze was met with smiles and jeers as the morning dew dissipated. Leah and Maddie valiantly cooked the most sumptuous pancakes west of the Sahara. Fruit skins were flung, bowls hung, and songs sung. At the ripe hour of eight in the morning, Aubrey and Jonah set out to snorkel for two hours. Spotting turtles, sea urchins, and other critters. Atlin, Lacey, Liv, Toby, and I set up and prepped our dive gear. Subsequently, Aubrey, Lacey, Atlin, Toby, Liv, Jonah, and I went to do water sports. Toby presented the crew with a bone-chilling display of hydro-sportsmanship. At the same time, Kate, Leah, Maddy, and Scarlett were cleaning and hiking in the notorious Savannah Bay. At noon, Maddy and Leah prepared delectable chicken salad wraps for the crew. Afterwards, Toby, Liv, Lacey, Atlin, Aubrey, Jonah, and I scuba dived for the first time into salty depths. From three to five, we paddle boarded in the blissful calm Caribbean waters.
On the other hand, Maddy, Kate, Leah, and Scarlett learned how to properly tag a turtle and attempted to tag turtles, which, although it was a fun but disappointing failure, as turtles were seen but not retrieved. According to some, the turtles are fast and elusive. At five in the afternoon, the entire crew went into the water with reef-safe soap and lathered themselves in the salty water. Despite a short and treacherous rain, the intoxicating aroma of warm dogs, salad, and pasta with Alfredo, the decadent dinner was served. The night ended with a card game in which chatter in cheers roared across our tiny saloon. Although the days are extremely long, the nights are nothing of the sort.
