Location: Leverick Bay
Hi everyone, Wow, what a day. It started with Gigi and Augusta making a delicious breakfast of French toast and apples. After a quick clean up we all sat down to watch videos of turtle tagging. Hayes and I took a quick nap during intermission while Augusta and Addy played a quick card game before we had to get back to watching educational videos. Prentice, Grace, Addy, Violet, and I had a nice convo during the afternoon, and Gigi whipped up a delicious lunch of Kraft Mac and cheese. While on deck, a new friend named Jasper joined us; we are now all friends with the nice British boy. We all took the dinghy over to a beach, where we participated in a beach cleanup. After our hard work, we came back to the boat to take showers, but we had to take our showers with our buddies because there was a barracuda in the water. After getting clean, we headed to land, where we stocked up on delicious snacks. We finally got our phones back after shore time and caught up with our family and friends, so if you didn’t get a call, take it as a sign. After we had our screen time, we all headed to the fleet-wide BBQ, where we hung with our gang, Jasper, and filled up delicious burgers. It was such a great day full of new friends and cleaning up the ocean. I am very excited to see what tomorrow brings, and we are officially 1/3 of the way through! Much love to everyone, Addison.
