Day 15 – The Little Mermaid

Location: Little Harbor, Jost van Dyke

We woke up today bright and early at 6:00 am. By 7:00 we were on the dock with the whole AQ fleet to start the hike to the top of Mount Sage the highest point in the BVI. The hike took a couple of hours, but the view at the top was worth every second. Once we made it down the mountain, we loaded back up on our boats and did the short sail to Sandy Kay for the sand castle competition. Our boat decided to build Lexi into a mermaid where she perfectly sang a song from Disney’s The Little Mermaid, so perfectly that we won the competition! After the amazing thrill of winning, we motored over to Jost Van Dyke where all boats in the fleet ate dinner together at Sydney’s.
