Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

Today had an exciting start because we got to sleep in until eight. This felt nice compared to our usual six thirty wake up. Hannah made us french toast and Julie made eggs. After breakfast, we headed over to Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island. This is where the fun begins. When we got there, we rafted up with Some Beez, one of the other Go Beyond boats. Some of the other girls and I went with Will to find Brown Booby Birds. We didn’t see many, but the adventure was fun. While this was happening, the other students had the option to snorkel, wakeboard, water ski, kneeboard, or to sail around in small sailboats. We also got the chance to learn how to drive the dinghies. For lunch, Hannah made us quesadillas, which were yummy. In the afternoon some people continued the activities, while others relaxed out on the boats. Before dinner, Some Beaz left our anchorage, and we took saltwater showers. Gwen, Zoe, and Katie made us a delicious meal of chili. We got through dishes, listening to our daily song, “Country Roads.” To conclude the day we played card games as a group. Today was super fun and relaxing!
