Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today was the first day where we hiked. We woke up early in the morning after our councilors checked out the area and made our way up the mountain. When we got to the top, the group enjoyed the beautiful views while we wrote down our goals for our trip and some traits that we love about ourselves. Our boat also got to know the new people that we are going to enjoy doing social service. We then did our first sail, which took 3 hours while we enjoyed the sun, and all of us enjoyed a much-needed rest after our early morning. When Dallas Blonde arrived at Virgin Gorda, we got in the crystal clear waters where we snorkeled, paddle boarded, and chatted. Lastly, we enjoyed our ocean showers, got dinner ready, and enjoyed the company of our new friends.
