Author: Dan Location: Ollantaytambo Today the Lifeworks Peru crew finished their hard work constructing a greenhouse for the local elementary school in Pachar. The work consisted of putting the finishing touches on the roof and walls, digging drainage rows in the dirt, and planting some 3,000 vegetables. The work was hard yet fulfilling. Afterward, a local shaman gave a special blessing and demonstration. The students then returned to the hostel for some free time, calling/internet time, and packing before the exciting Lares Trek tomorrow.
